Returns ?

1. If you would like to return the goods you have received, then you MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. Anything beyond this will result to us unable to accept the returned items.

2. After your have notified us within the correct working days, then PLEASE pack the box in its original condition. All Items must be returned to us within 8 WORKING DAYS, of reporting the items to be returned to us.

4. If items are damaged, please provide a photo via email or whatsapp with your name and order number. You can find these details in the, ‘Contact Us’ page.

Refunds ?

1. Once we have received your return you will be credited by the same method which you made your original payment with.

2. Alternatively items can be exchanged or you can be credited towards your new order depending on the arrangement.

3. We will inform you when we have refunded the money. Please note, the transaction can take longer than others, depending on where you are located.
